Dedra Sibley, JD, MBA
Dedra Sibley is co-counsel for Arcadier and Associates, P.A. Mrs. Sibley joined the firm in January 2009 and heads the criminal law practice of the firm. Mrs. Sibley graduated from theUniversity of Central Florida with a degree in Business Finance. After completing her undergraduate studies, she obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Webster University . Attorney Dedra Sibley then continued her education at Florida A&M College of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate Degree achieving high honors and becoming a member of the Florida Bar.
Mrs. Sibley was a Public Defender for the 18th Judicial Circuit where she represented thousands of criminal law clients, often achieving favorable jury verdicts for her clients and addressed many complex evidentiary issues. When defense of a criminal matter was not feasible, Mrs. Sibley worked with prosecutors to always further the client's best interests.
After her service as a public defender, Mrs. Sibley joined Arcadier and Associates as of counsel, where she spearheads Arcadier and Associates criminal law practice. While Mrs. Sibley handles all criminal law aspects of the firm, Mrs. Sibley specializes in DUI defense, injunctions, and white collar crimes.
Coupled with Mrs. Sibley's MBA and corporate world experience, Mrs. Sibley brings in a unique professional perspective to further the interests of her clients and the firm.
Mrs. Sibley has been honored as a leading attorney by Florida Today as well as her involvement in the community.
